Frequently Asked questions

Trash pickup by Willow Tree is each Tuesday and Friday morning. Please put your trash out before 9:00 A.M. Trash should never be put out the night before because of our on-going issue with our furry friends. Trash should be placed at the bottom of your driveway and must be bagged appropriately. Please flatten any cardboard boxes you wish disposed of.  Trash Cans are prohibited!

The annual meeting is held in December of each year, and will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 11:00 am, in the Chateaux de Bardmoor Clubhouse, 8345 Bardmoor Blvd., Seminole, FL  33777.  Subsequent individual association business meetings will be held at times sent to each association member by Resource Property Management.

All communication with the COA Board must be in writing and submitted to your Association Director and/or Resource Property Management.

Verbal conversation and email is not an acceptable level of communication.  All communication should be given to your Association Director.

Having a problem with your sprinkler heads? Issues with landscape/lawn care? Wanting to make changes to the outside of your Condo (Windows, Doors, Garage Door & Landscaping)? Then you need to contact your Association Director for details and the correct forms. Remember, you may need a permit for this type of work and also permission from the COA Board prior to any work being done. Need to address COA Board?  All communication MUST be in writing.
