Trash Fairies Solutions

This company will begin handling our trash pickup on Sunday, July 27, and then proceed with regular five- evenings a week curbside pickup – Sunday through Thursday evenings. Trash Fairies will pick up trash bags each evening between 8:00 pm and 10:30 pm and deliver these bags to the dumpsters housed on our parking lot (west end near the hedges). Dumpsters will be emptied by Waste Pro Management twice a week (with additional dumping if needed). If you do not have a bag of trash ready for pickup by that time of the evening, you are asked to wait to put the trash bag at the curb until the following evening. 

COLLECTION SCHEDULE & TIMING – Sunday through Thursday evenings. Place trash curbside between 6 pm and 8 pm. Collection begins after 8 pm. If trash isn’t ready by 8 pm, please wait until the following pickup evening rather than placing it out late. Recycling is not a part of this contract. Owners desiring to do so may use the recycling drop off locations in the county.

SPECIAL ITEMS & RESTRICTIONS – Cardboard is accepted when broken down flat and secured under your trash bag to prevent wind dispersal.

PROHIBITED ITEMS - Oversized items that don’t fit in approved bags, broken glass or sharp objects protruding from bags; hazardous materials including radioactive, volatile, corrosive, flammable, explosive, biomedical, infectious, or toxic substances. No oversized items (e.g., furniture, appliances, large, all boxes must be flattened – no exceptions. No loose trash. Double-bag pet waste.

No-Service Holidays: New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Halloween, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day; Juneteenth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day.

The annual meeting is held in December of each year, and will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 11:00 am, in the Chateaux de Bardmoor Clubhouse, 8345 Bardmoor Blvd., Seminole, FL  33777.  Subsequent individual association business meetings will be held at times sent to each association member by Resource Property Management.

All communication with the COA Board must be in writing and submitted to your Association Director and/or Resource Property Management.

Verbal conversation and email is not an acceptable level of communication.  All communication should be given to your Association Director.

Having a problem with your sprinkler heads? Issues with landscape/lawn care? Wanting to make changes to the outside of your Condo (Windows, Doors, Garage Door & Landscaping)? Then you need to contact your Association Director for details and the correct forms. Remember, you may need a permit for this type of work and also permission from the COA Board prior to any work being done. Need to address COA Board?  All communication MUST be in writing.
