**Membership Dues Information:**
- Annual Dues for Members: $10.00 per person.
- Associate Membership for Non-Member Residents: $50.00 per person.

THINGS TO DO
Members' Swimming Pool
Make a day of it with your family and invite guests to our swimming pool, open daily from 8:00 am to dusk.
A unit owner must always accompany all children under 16.
Smoking, pets, and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
Members' Library
Visit our local library and find a book for reading enjoyment or a video. Bring your own books to share.
Shuffle Board Anyone?
Learn to enjoy this fun outdoor activity on our newly resurfaced shuffleboard courts.
Recurring Events
Coffee & Donuts
Sponsored by the social club, on the 3rd Thursday of each month, just before the COA Board meeting, we have coffee and donuts @ 9:30 am.
